Warranties and Limitations of Liability

Checking Warranty
For all electronics purchased from us, a Seven (7) day checking warranty is provided, commencing from the moment you receive your delivery. Products eligible for this warranty include:
- Smartwatches
- Earbuds
- Speakers
- Powerbanks
- Other electronic gadgets
Please note that external damage, such as falls, impacts, cracks, or scratches, will void the warranty.
Warranty Card
Your purchase receipt serves as your warranty card for online orders. There is no need for a printed invoice, as we can retrieve details using your order number.
The following conditions are not covered under our warranty terms:
- Accidental or intentional damage
- Claims made beyond the warranty period
- Failure to provide proof of purchase
- Damage resulting from improper use (e.g., falls, bends, liquid damage)
- Damage caused by uncontrollable external forces (e.g., floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes, traffic accidents)
- Disassembly, self-repair, modification, rooting, or other externally induced damage or modification attempts
- Faults or damage resulting from Force Majeure events such as fire, earthquake, and flood
- Removal of the warranty sticker
- Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. Also after receiving the product please record an unboxing video of your product at the time of receiving for any future claims
Please note:
- If your warranty claim is approved, a replacement may be offered.
- This warranty does not entitle you to a refund.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product, and we do not accept any further liability for the products sold.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
